Fisherman Mike
My 6 year old Cocker dog Robbie has developed an excesive thirst which I first noticed a week ago. He hasnt been poisoned or the like and is otherwise his normal boyant self with a strong appetite. He doesnt appear to have lost any weight though he does have a couple of small growths on his chest and underbelly. Hes off to the Vets tonight for a check up and tests but I fear it may be the onset of Canine Diabetes. Has anyone had any experience of a diabetic dog and the treatment it needs should it be so. I want to do the best for him if it is this but frankly I cannot see myself in the position of being able to administer insulin every day. Cheers. Mike.
