soontjen
Hi chaps I recently spoke to few of you about crow/rook calls, and after trawling eBay found what one or two people had been talking about, I found the Primos power crow call sold by wistlingwingsuk for around £13, after reading the add decided this is the jobby for me, well be warned this call is not correct the sound it makes is similar but not like our crows or rooks, the pitch is all wrong for our crows, I am reliably imformed that theses calls are not for uk crows. never realised that french crow's crow in french and german crow's crow in dutch
Corvussam
I guess that, just like with everything else in life, practise is everything. Just out of curiousity and to the guys who like the primos crow call: Can you make with your primos crow call the same lifelike European crow sounds as I do with my own instruments ? See the videolink below or search for "Corvussam "on youtube. Cheers, Sam.

Corvussam
Thanks Pykie and you are right about the fact that they require practise. The special way of blowing air into the call is required to get the deeper sound which is typical for our European carrion and hooded crows.
