i have had a bsa ultra for about 8 months and thinking about a new gun. i have been looking at a bsa superten, but with the ultra i have had a stirup pump and i no that the superten has got a big shot load (150) so would the pump be good or will i need a tank.Another thing that is making me wonder is does it has a gauge on the gun to tell you how much pressure it has in the bottle. And do you think a bi-pod will look good and is it worth having walnut stock on it.

Pump is ok, will just take you a bit longer to fill it up (I used to use one to fill my super ten), however, due to there not being a pressure gauge on the gun, you will have to keep a rough count of your shots, otherwise if the bottle becomes empty your pump cannot fill the bottle quick enough to put sufficient air pressure in it to close the valve, then you will need an air cylinder/dive bottle . Bi-pods are not a fashion accessories, they are to give you a stable platform to shoot from to improve you accuracy. No need for walnut, just a nicer peice of wood.

All the best
