Changing lock barel on Ifor williams hitch

Last night some B***** has had a go at the lock barrel on my trailer hitch ( 2 year old Ifor williams lm 85 with an avonride coupling head) they didnt get the trailer as it was chained to a ground anchor and the neibours dog was going berserk.

 

Ill order a new lock barrel tomorrow but how do I change it over, I cant work out how to remove the bust one?

 

The broken lock barrel is in the open position.
