Logun CCFC

I, along with a few other poor souls, have been having trouble with the Logun CCFC silencers (Carbon Fibre) we have bought. Mine was replaced when it literally disintegrated. The problem seems to be that the Carbon Fibre sleeve is sometimes slightly too long in length and the fact that the large pitch round synthetic threads allow the business end to come loose and wobble alarmingly when shooting. This leads to overtightening and cracks in the synthetic core plus I don't think the shock to the parts when loose does it a lot of good apart from pellets shotgunning all over the place. The solution is simple (after much thought and no help from Logun!) - no, it's not to stand on it and bin the remains as one irate guy did - but to slip a rubber O ring down to the bottom of the male thread at each end. This allows you to tighten the end caps pretty gently without them coming loose every other shot and takes up any deficiency in the sleeve length (too short is as bad as too long as you tend to use too much effort in attempt to tighten it thereby cracking the sythetic core). Accuracy has now been restored (as has my sanity - I think) and I don't have to upend the gun every other shot to tighten the blasted silencer assembly up! I've tried to let Logun know, but as usual, Logun emails get bounced back.
