Devilishdave
mossbergs are dirt cheep in the US at the moment with our exchange rate! not sure how you would go about importing one or if the admin fees would be expensive. you will have to add VAT + import tax for starters but it might be worth looking in to. http://www.mossberg.com/pcatalog/model500.htm http://www.gcitrading.com/converter.htm Mossberg 500 is £164.66 You can hardly buy an decent air rifle for that! bobthenailer22
hi, i think that im correct in saying that shotguns in the us are not proof tested as we know it so if you were to import one yourself you would have to test it at london or birmingham :o regards and merry christmas.bob. Devilishdave
If you import for your own personal use there is no requirement to get the gun proofed I dont think it is expensive to get a gun proofed if you organise it your self. You are only advised to do it through a gun ****h if the gun is old as it wil probably need some work done to it! http://www.met.police.uk/firearms-enquiries/proof2.htm Dave
