If it's a well made scope then it should be fine.

The best pellets are the one's that group well in YOUR gun, the only way to find that out is to try as many as you can. Pointless asking other people as all guns can be differant. Try pellpax for sample packs (best way to find the right pellet for your gun).

I'd definately keep the springers mate, never know when you'll need them or fancy shooting a springer again after using a pcp for a while ( I know I do from time to time ).

Edited to add:

As far as ranges are concerned, your maximum range is as far as you can keep your groups nice, tight and accurate :good:

A1 I use a 3-9x50 IR OA on mine, it works just fine.

Q2 what pellets do they seem to like best i use aa hunters in my springers

A2 Mine groups really well with Logun Penetrators, 15mm @40 yards

Q3 are bushnell laser sighters any use or just a gimick

A3 they are ok in some circumstances

Q4 their is a lot of arguments to what you should fill a ultra to i herd everything from 170-240 and bsa recommends 235 but also herd you get stranges at dis pressure can any one shed ligt on this

A4 NEVER, EVER put any more than 200 BAR in an Ultra!! I fill mine to 180 - 190 only, as that is the sweet spot for them.

Yes, keep your springers by all means. I have 2 PCP's, but the springers get used every now and then too.
