David BASC
The change in law only appied to England & Wales but you do need one in Scotland. If you are selling game you also need to be aware of the Food Standards Agency rules seec here for more info on the FSA www.basc.org.uk/fsa_information Hope that helps David
THEINVISIBLESCARECROW
Only in Scotland. I kept my last one, a little bit of shooting history.
becassier
Still need one for Northern Ireland. But this could be the last season. I understand that SACS and CAI have had discussions with the new NI Minister for the Environment to have it scrapped and brought into line with England and Wales. I am sure Ian Clark will advise of the SACS position in Scotland where I understand a similar lobbying exercise is ongoing.
