Essex Crispy Rabbit-Jamie Oliver on TV

Hello all i watched Jamie cook some rabbit last week on Tv and thought i would try it as im getting bored with the same old taste of it.

 

Joint the rabbit and place it in a pan. Pour a glass of white wine over it chop a garlic bunch in half and a few sprigs of rosemary salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1.5 hours or until meat pulls off the bone with ease. Roll the bits in flour with thyme chopped in cover it with egg mix and finally bread crumbs. pop it into your deep fat frier with a couple of sprigs of rosemary and thats it when golden brown your good to go.

 

I really enjoyed this style..thought i was in a countryside KFC.. Its a really nice option although it seems a bit of hard work and time consuming its worth it in the end :rolleyes:
