jollysp2 Posted January 23, 2009 Report Share Posted January 23, 2009 (edited) Has anyone ever had service like this: Last Saturday posted buddy bottle off to BSA as had a problem with the valve. Inside i wrote a letter to say please could they fix or repair the valve if so let me know how much. Then Tuesday morning at 07:45 door bell rang. Who's this i thought small tube shaped packet opened it and there it was buddy bottle as new with No BILL just with a compliments slip. Is that first class service or what BIG BIG Thanks to B.S.A Guns one very very happy customer!!!! I know it's in the wrong forum I'm a newbie an it' showing any help would be appreciated!!
