Off master eye training

What is the general view of coaches experience?

When the client has an off master eye:-

Do you prefer to retain the best dexterity of handedness, and deal with the eyesight?

Or have the gun mount on the stronger eye even though the person is now off-handed?

viz: A right handed person has a left master eye. The right eye vision is OK, just not dominant. Do you patch off the left eye and mount on the right? Or do you leve the eyes alone and retain the shooter to the left shoulder?
