Your car or mine I dont mind and I will put half's to petrol. Doubt we will get any where but it been about a month since a last done a proper day out. No chance solihull way as some one on here as the farm's and golf courses so could try either back end of coleshill or walsall way,I've done every thing with in and knock them regular. pm me if you want to make a day of it. magwa1962 Posted February 15, 2009 Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 (edited) Listen both guys from birmingham,you will never get farmer/landowner to allow you to shoot on any of there land if they dont know you, its the way we live in today, to many thefts from farms, so they trust nobody. Best way is to get to know them 1st ask if they require any help around the farm Free of charge, dont mention shooting ,they may take you up on your offer as the busy lambing time is just about to start. BINGO !!! your in, couple of weeks down the line mention the fact that there is a lot of Rabbits/Rats about, would it be OK to have a pop at them with your airgun, next thing you know he will be moaning about those ****** FOXES are off with some lambs, your next cue, it just so happens i was considering to RE applying for my FAC again as i gave it up a couple of years back, would it be OK to apply using your land as to where i would be doing my shooting.
