rb5037
Goto Decoying and there you will have most if not all the bits you should need. Not the cheapest but you WILL get 1st class stuff and service. You get what you pay for. Oh, you'll need a gun too, don't think they do guns  Adam
Staffs-Shooter
Basic pigeon gear needed:- Gun (obvious!), nothing too flash, 30 or 28 inch barrel, Cartridges Comfortable seat - your legs need to be pointing slightly down rather than the knee at 90deg as you sit & stand alot (when the birds are coming in!) and it can make your legs ache. Hide poles (4-6) adjustable in height - i use three section ones but two can suffice. Net (prefer one moorland & one green) 6-12 decoys (flexicoys or flock shells) Advanced Magnet Floaters (2/3) Flappers (2/3) Peckers Nets for background & roof Lofting Poles Semi Automatic Gun or 20bore or side by side Purdey Landrover & Quad for those hard to reach spots Loader Land! Now im getting daft! Seriously follow the "basic" list & RBs link & you will be set up.
hill billy
i started with a gun (nothing special ) a camo net from the army surplus shop some washing line poles ( very cheap and they do the job fine ) some cartriges (again nothing special just hull special pigeon ) a knife ( a hunters best tool good sharp knife ) a pack of shell decoys and for cloths the dark green or brown , then try to go out with some one who knows what they are talking about and pay attention decoying is hard to get right when you first start, when you get more and more into it then you can start buying your more advanced stuff like magnets real tree camo a nice gun and good cartriges unless you have a fair bit of money to spend on it i wouldn't go spending money on good camo and magnets because you need the basic kit first before you can think about improving what you have. cheers jason
