storing shotgun and first gun

Hi,

 

I've installed my cabint in my cellar, which is a bit on the cold side so I was wondering whether this could do any damage over long period of times? It's abit damp down there as well so i'll put one of those napier things in I think.

 

I know there's 101 of these things, but I wanted a bit of advice for my first gun. I have been doing a bit of research, but with a tight budget there's not much available, so I've been drawn to the bettinsoli diamond or the lanber sporting (which of these is better?), however I was wondering how this would compare to a second hand miroku or maybe berreta, something along these lines -

I'm welcome to any ideas, but as I said i'm on a tight budget of about £650max

my first gun was a lamba i just went down the gun shop picked up as many guns as i could in my price range as i could and brought the one that fitted me best that happend to be a lamba at only £300 not the £700 i had to spend go for what fits mate
