blackthorn
take it to a gunsmith, these guns were meant to be taken to fac i have herd of lads fitting ox springs and getting 16 ftb, not worth the risk when you can get a nice silky glide 11.8 ftb from the gunsmith, that will do the job
Westcountryman
ox springs any good Nope Generally, they are pretty poor mate. Venom (Steve Pope) or Bonnie and Clyde are a far better option. If you don't know what you are doing, a gunsmith is the best option, otherwise you may end up with an illegal airgun that fires so badly you can't hit anything anyway. Double fail. SNAKEBITE
Can you define "under powered"? Have you chronoed it? If so were the shot strings consistent? What was the power output? This might be an indication of what is going on, remember though anything above 10.5lbs is not "under powered" getting as close to 12lb as you can is not a competition.
