Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 (edited) oyoy.. anyone out there fancys a bit company shooting rabbits/vermin in the north east area, im in whickham, newcastle upon tyne, what it is,, ive got a lot of time on me hands and was wondering if any of you fancied a bit of company shooting rabbits/vermin.. i go out with my mate over stanhope but as he works a lot of hours he rarely gets out as much as i want to and its his land so wouldnt step on his toes, i have a .22 airrifle which i no isnt perfect as a 2.2 bullet is the boyo but i do have a rifle and would appreciate any land to shoot.. i no its a long shot but thort i would ask... let me no... cheers john Edited May 29, 2009 by J.D. tony the tiger Posted June 5, 2009 Report Share Posted June 5, 2009 try looking at your local industrial estates, they are usually happy to let you shoot if you have insurance, i do it locally for free because it saves them paying rentakil or who ever to do it for them, the only advice i can give you is that if you turn up with loads of your mates you could lose the shoot as they don't want loads of lads shooting holes all over the place, so use ya head and keep it for ya self... These industrial estates usually have loads of woodies, ferrels, rabbits and rats so you should have plenty to shoot at, try getting in with the people on the estate as i did because i now have a lot of shooting inside the factories... Posted June 20, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 20, 2009 lads, i dont believe my luck, just had a pm sent by a fellow member, he has 15000 acres,and he wanted a bit company so gave him a ring, thought it was one of my freinds winding me up but it wasnt,anyway i gave him a ring, what a lovely fella, we had a cracking night dropping rabbits, the land he has is unbalievable, only covered 1000 acres of it last night and honest , we could of taken out 100+ no bother, i am posting this thread to let you all no that there is still some quality fellas out there who have given me a go, and i really appreciate it,, cheers steven...
