Big Dog
If you want to eat your bunnies is there a better time of year for eating them??? Any good tips on how to prepare them e.g. I usually steep them over night in salted water. I used to think that freezing them first for a while made them more tender, but maybe it was more to the time of year, and thats what I don't know ?? Any good recipies?? - I like soups, stews, pies and cassoroles
Teal
3/4 grown rabbits are the best ones for eating, have you tried the recipe forum on here, here's a selection of topics which have something about rabbit in them: http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...highlite=rabbit
