joeshaw08
Caught myself a wabbit and had a go at Jamie Oliver's Essex Fried Rabbit yesterday, turned out perfectly and made a nice change from rabbit stew anyway, probably the best rabbit dish i've tried  definatly try that one again. All it took was one jointed rabbit, a good slug of olive oil, garlic, chicken stock and white wine vinegar with abit of rosemary, all chucked into a pan to simmer for about an hour and a half. Once it was done I just gave it a dust with some flour, dipped in egg and covered it in a mix of breadcrumbs, parmesan and thyme and then deep fried. De-licious. JJaxeman
Yes it stays very moist because you have pre boiled the meat in all the herby bits for a hour and a half it's just a quick flash fry for the batter/bread crumbs to seal Lovely
