Birdboy
Hi, Just been signed off by my 'Mentor' so i can now use the .223 without him, on my permissions. Im just writing to the Devon & cornwall Firearms dept enclosing the letter from my mentor. Just a thought, but will i now need to pay for a variation to my license to have the 'mentor' clause taken out ? Many thanks BB

Frenchieboy
I have a mentoring condition on my FAC for a .222. The way that my FEO explained it (and as long as I understood him correctly) is that once your mentor signs you off as a safe shot the condition will be removed free of charge. I am sure if I am wrong someone will correct me.
