fullbore
A friend of mine, a professional stalker, is suffering in the recession, and has some excellent land which holds some exceptional roe bucks. He is willing to allow unaccomapined stalkers on the ground, with no limits and no trophy fees a weeks stalking for the bargain price of £450. No hidden extras. If you need accomadation that is obviously at your expense but can be sorted, trophy skull preparation available at small cost. If you need accompanying that is an extra cost. The land is Scottish Borders region, any interest PM me. Level 2 witnessing available

fullbore
Any idea's on the cost of the B&B That would depend on which of the many available b&b's you stayed at and when I suppose. If you decide you want to go, we can put you in touch with some b&b's in the area then it's up to you to decide which you plump for. Sorry can't be more help just now don't usee b&b's at all myself Edited July 15, 2009 by fullbore

fullbore
how much extra would it be to be accompanied? and what if I am a complete novice?.. thanks Robo If you were a complete novice then you would need to be accompanied. There are usually 2 stalks a day, first and last light the extra cost would be to pay the wages of the professional stalker who accompanies you, who will hopefully find the deer for you, get you the shot and deal with the follow up and carcass preparation. That would normally cost £40 per stalk
