Sprocket
I will be getting a working cocker within the next few weeks, I have a choice between Black /Liver, I prefer Liver but have been told that when they mature, they look like they have "Dead fur" in their coats. Is this common on Liver cockers? Do Livers have good coats? if so what is the difference -diet? grooming? genetics?
WGD
It's a new one on me, I would have thought that a dog properly fed and groomed would be fine. Could bitches after speying, some can go "woolly" but a stripping comb takes it out... problem is vast majority of people moan that their dog's gone a bit hairy after speying but don't do anything to combat it.
