If you go to www.imafarmerwithloadsofrabbitsthatneedshooting.co.uk you might have more luck :rolleyes:

Its a case of getting out there mate and knocking on doors. Get the yellow pages out (other phone books are avail) and sending begging letters to all the farms you can afford stamps for. Turn up nicely dressed, and be polite. Have some cards made up (£3.00 for 250 vistaprint) and get them in letter boxes. Go to the local farmer market and hand them out. Ask some family and friends if they know anybody. Register on one of those websites offering free pest control, you never know who is reading it. Go to the butchers and leave a few cards with him. If you have some 'local' pubs that the farmers frequent, go in and have a pint, you will be supprised at the amount of farm workers who like a pint after a hard day. Make up an advert in the local free paper, and you might get a reply. Have you tried sticking an ad in the local post office, as the farmers need to buy stamps at some time. What about the local allotments? they have a lot of old boys who cant be ***** chasing rats and rabbits, so you could do it for them. Look around for mole hills on posh bits of land, and following the first few tips and about being well dressed, go and ask. Offer to do some free labour around horse paddocks, as they like them to be in good shape, save the horses legs being chopped off. What about your local golf course or driving range? they are always after the place being free from rabbits digging up the 18th. Are you into rugby? what about the local clubs? they are in need of these services also.

Now! Im sure if you follow these tips (its what most do on here), then at some point, and dont expect it to happen over night, you might do well enough to get your own shoot. Its all very well sitting on your *****, and waiting for the farmer to knock on your door, but that will not happen until your name gets around and your services are valued.

HAPPY TO HELP! :good::yes::lol:
