wingnut Posted September 7, 2009 Report Share Posted September 7, 2009 Hi guys, i need a bit of info regarding supplying a local hotel, I do a lot of training courses at their premises and they know i like to go pigeon and rabbit shooting, they have asked if i can supply them with fresh Pigeons & Rabbit for their 4 star restaurant. What i would like to know is 1) What is classed as "fresh" ? 2) What are the legalities regarding this ? 3) Do i need a licence of some kind? Do i supply them whole or dressed?
