james w
im thinking of bying my dad (yes i am bying it so i can use it too )a red dot sight. it will be for his meteor or b2, depends on what he puts it on and it will be used for general plinking and the odd pigeon or other vermin as well. ive heard that past about 20 meters the dot is too big to be accurate, is this true? and is it worth getting a big name brand or will smk be just as good. this may sound silly but ive had 2 nikko scopes and they have both broken and a friends had 2 smk of the same size (on different guns) and the work fine with no problems. im also a tight wad so i don't want to spend more than £35-40 and it wont get used much either. thank you for your time Edited September 13, 2009 by james w
