You could of course purchase one from a gundealer.

 

Depending on your rifle, you could probably do it on the cheap use a diving bottle if you can't get an airgun bottle.  You need a suitable regulator and a hose connector.

 

A hydraulics / pneumatics parts supplier (look in the Yellow Pages) should be able to make you up a connecting hose between the gun and the regulator.  Most snap fittings are a standard type (look at the Parker Hydraulics / pneumatics website) and shouldn't be too hard to get hold of.
