Free clay shooting lessons for under 16s in Norfolk BASC will run the first of a series of ‘Coaching Clinics’ at Chalk Farm Clay Ground, near Swaffham, on Tuesday 24th May from 2pm until dusk. The BASC ‘Coaching Clinics’will be held once a month until September. Under 16s will get their first lesson free. Lessons for over 16s will cost £20 for BASC members and £25 for non-members. All equipment is included. Simon Reinhold, assistant director BASC Central England, said: “We are delighted that Chalk Farm have kindly agreed to host our regular coaching clinics. We are also very grateful to the late Earl of Leicester for a generous donation that enabled us to kick-start providing free shooting lessons for under 16s. The involvement of the Holkham Estate, the home of driven game shooting, combined with the generosity of Chalk Farm, one of the friendliest clay grounds anywhere in the country allows us to help ensure the future of safe, sustainable shooting.” Coaching clinics will also run on 21st June, 19th July, 23rd August and 20th September.
