Just noticed a small split in the wood of my forend ,not to bad at the moment but may get worse .Whats the best line of attack ,a touch of glue myself? or a visit to the gunsmith ? or just live with it. How easy is it to get hold of a replacement forend if things go from bad to worse?

It may be a stupid question but i need advice from forum members I may be selling a gun privately and have only ever purchased guns before from a gun shop.Question is what part of the certificate do i fill in ?,does he fill in his cert to say he purchased the gun from me or do i fill in my cert to say i sold the gun to him? Any help appreciated

Got some hypaflaps from UKSW only tried them in the garden but they look good.

I have ordered 3 times from UKSW and excellent service always ,order on a monday before 12 and arrives tuesday midday.

I have always used someone elses rotary and they have always supplied me with a couple of dead birds .Have got my own now and i was wondering if there was a decoy pigeon to go on the end or do you have to shoot a couple of birds first. Many thanks

Hi my son wants a bipod for the above rifle ,but due to the short length of barrel can i get one to fit? Dont have a lot of knowledge on these matters so any help appreciated Thanks

I think its me just wanting a nice new shiny gun for the cabinet ,everybodt told me i would fill the cabinet

I have a Browning GTI plus that is a few years old now and is a nice solid gun and feels like quality but it has the black side plates and is very much a clay gun.I seem to have been shooting more game recently and she looks a bit out of place on a peg.I tried a 525 sporter (with the view of trading my GTI in) yesterday and although it felt good it didnt seem to have the biuld quality of the GTI,is this my imagination or are newer brownings not as good. Also am i being a bit of a snob wanting a gun with nice engraving that looks the part instead of sticking to my GTI. :blink: Thanks
