  1. Yes - the original Parker Hale diopter sight. These are going for anywhere between £100 - £150 on Ebay. I also have the original mounts for the target sling somewhere.
  2. Hi Gram To answer your questions: Yes, the front sight is removable. The scope is mounted on a dovetail and I can post via an RFD (his costs on top - and I don't know how much he'll charge)
  3. I Live just North of Wigan, Lancashire
  4. Yeah, comes free with the rifle for £450 !!!!!
  5. Sorry - I'm technologically incompetent. Too large to post here, but I'll e-mail to anyone interested. G
  6. My Enfield Envoy (the civilian Enforcer) is up for sale. It's a 7.62 heavy barrel target / practical rifle. Complete with a period 6x45 Pecar Berlin scope (recently serviced) and the original Parker Hale diopter sights . Excellent condition and very accurate. £450. I have lots of photos if anyone is interested.
  7. Can anyone help? I've just managed to get hold of a Pecar Champion 6 x 45 riflescope for my Enfield rifle. However, the (interchangable) reticle is damaged. The scope still works fine - but it's a bit off-putting and I don't think the problem will get any better! Has anyone got one of the spare reticles for sale? Many thanks in anticipation Graeme
  8. Hello I've got an old Lee Enfield 7.62 Enforcer. I'm looking to bring it back to the 'Police spec' ssniper rifle it once was. I'm after the original Pecar V2 sight - but failing this any period pecar scope. Cash is waiting for the right one. If anyone knows were one might be for sale - any info gratefully received
  9. Get the 10/22. Buy the cheapest one you can find and do the following mods; 1. Trigger job (standard unit is way too heavy) - this is the best mod you can do! 2. 'Adult' sized stock. Loads on the market - Hogue are good / Clarksons are better. 3. Fit a recoil buffer 4. Extended mag release (essential if using at night) 5. Sound moderator 6. Loctite your scope
  10. Get the benelli. I shot one of the new ones last weekend (the comfort thingy). Adjustable comb / stock etc. Virtually no recoil - and not much cleaning afterwards. The only downside is the price. I will buy one when I've saved the cash.
  11. Hello, Can anyone offer any suggestions for a .308 rifle that will handle target shooting and (very) infrequent outings to do some woodland deer stalking. I was thinking of a Ruger M77 with a heavy barrel or a Remington 700. Cheers Gretch
