Looks good, many on here say they are about the best budget trap that you can buy.
I have the original one of these ever made (less trolley of course as the wheel hadn't been invented then) it must be 20-30 years old (forgotten) and it has never given a minutes trouble. Obviously over engineered.
Many thanks for the inputpromatic I think were doing these direct for £399 at xmas.......maybe worth a phonecall to them directly?

Hi Guys
I am after a clay trap for personal use,it is for children to start/learn and hopefully go on to better things.we 2 adults would also like to have a go occasionally,my guess is 300 clays a month for probably 5-6 months a year.
Would this fit the bill
Many thanks if you can help or point me elsewhere

Didn't realise it worked like that.i don't think the numbers are as bad as you think on this as if 66% are bids to one seller he may have only made 3 bids in total, two to the seller of the trap and one to someone else, ie each bid represents 33% if he's made 3 bids in total, when i first saw this kind of thing i thought the same but then i bid on a gun slip and upped it a few times in the end i had 90% of my bids with that seller
In the case of the OP , hopefully you have paid by paypal and hopefully completed the purchase through ebay, ie didnt offer him £200 off ebay for it
then open a dispute, with the email from deben that you have its a no brainer you will defo get your money back i reckon
Many thanks

I doubt any bird could take and then lift a 10lb fish without leaving some scars/marks.I am with island gun on this (human) or the only other option is flooding? Carp and other species have moved miles round here during flood water.Ospreys, or is it too early for them to be returning to this country?

Could try here if you've spent up.Booked our tickets today. Only live an hour away so won't be staying over. Looking forward to it, only down side is, as a condition of her going I have to take the wife somewhere nice in Harrogate afterwards!

At £9 a ticket it's well priced, just hope it's a good show and the weather plays its part.
My only concern is traffic, for those who have been to the Great Yorkshire show you'll know what I mean

Pigeon shooting is fine and your skills will develop, however ever if you go down the DTL route you will end up a sad lonely woman.

The best place by far on the East coast,no high tower but the lie of the land is better than any tower.

Many thanksFor short journeys (5-10 miles mostly), that's what I got from the Jimny.
For longer journeys ( Manchester to Fife was probably the farthest we did ), it averaged about 32mpg. That was with 2 adults, teenager and roofbox, though, so probably more normally. 2003 model.

28mpg doesn't seem a lot for a smaller 4 x4 is that ?
Cheers

Agreed it wasn't regarded as very good in the trade 20 years ago but times change.Ive used it a few times now when the client has requested it and if applied correctly it's absolutely fine.I went to use it and my dad said it was aweful 20 years ago so check reviews. 50 all bad lol.
Back to the op ...use a contract emulsion,Leyland is fine for what you need and just follow the instructions for watering it down.(some of the figures above are mind boggling)
Stir it well and you will be fine.

Similar happened here two years ago, thousands of pigeons on un harvested wheat and I mean thousands, farmers says don't shoot the field. His thoughts are that while they are there his osr is safe, can't fault his logic but it was soul destroying to watchYep the stuff on the left of your pic looks like standing barley.
Think you might have missed out there but you never know they might be still hitting it hard, I have seen this many times over the years and boy does it pull the pigeons, get yourself down the farm and ask if you can have a go at them, you might just shoot the biggest bag of your life to date.
Good luck
PS if the farmer will not let you shot it, don't go back there because it will brake your heart.

The problem with paint is the heat off tyres when you drive,it softens it.If you want to seal it and keep the dust down use a spirit based stabiliser and give it two coats.
