Sorry but think we've got a bit of thread drift starting here, I was referring to the use of this cartridge or the Express English Sporter cartridge for clay shooting in English Sporting! Flymo

How about the Express English Sporter cartridge 28gm, 7 1/2, 1350 fps. Would you say a better or worse cartridge then the Kent Velocity? Flymo

That's what I thought but at a local shooting ground they mentioned that there is a limit of 5000. Guess he must be mistaken then. Flymo

Oh and one other question, are you limited to the number of cartridges that you can purchase at any one time? Cheers... Flymo

I'm new to the sport and have been using Peltor SportTac muffs from the start, bought off eBay for around £65.00. In my experience they perform extremely well and were excellent value for money. I've also heard that Sordin muffs are excellent as well, but more expensive than the Peltor's! Flymo
