    i have allways used the camo nets ,in fact had the same one now for 2o years so its earned its keep , i bought a stealth net at the shooting show ,but in all reality i prefer my old net , i found it difficult to see clearly birds approaching due to the tight mesh , good nets im sure , light & compact but visibility was difficult in my case ,

    hi lads , i would just like to say i was contacted by the management of deep blue this afternoon & was offered a full refund which i accepted , i would like to thank all of you who supported me throughout as i am positive i would have had to go to court to resolve this sorry saga , once again it was all of us who stood together with this & 3 other sites full of genuine honest people against big establishments , i appreciate all help & comments contributed by the members on here ,all great lads thanks again & cheers pete :yes::lol::lol:

    Look up the distance sales act mate

     

    If they told you it would have 5yr test and it does not you are intitled to a full re fund including any postage.

    hi they have comepletely removed the 5yrs off the advert ,i have several people pm me stateting they clearly did advertise 5yrs ,just another trick not to refund me :good:

    Really, funny that, my mate (and ex colleague ) runs the RNLI buying contracts up there - guess who won't be getting any business in the North east anymore - all hail the power of the internet - mate if nothing else your post will have at least had some sort of impact. :good:

    thanks but look at it , not only myself but lots & lots of other people on all four forums are reading this & giveing bad publicity & the guy (phil) says it doesent bother him ,how much does the company stand to loose ,does he own it ?or is his attitude just trying to close it down B) it doesnt make sense ,im a totally honest guy who is being well & tyuly shafted for what £219 crazy , i bet they have lost over £1000s all ready then toalter the ad then saying it never had 5yrs test is ludicrous :yes:

    You have a dictaphone so you can record the converstations for tradeing standards?

    the guy has changed his story every time i ring ,first the bleed screw was snapped ,now the valve is broke ,also people have pmd me telling the ad HAS been changed the 5yrs have been removed how do i prove that !

    regarding my earlier thread on these people ,i rang again today ,to be told they would only partly refund me as i returned a faulty item back :lol: chargeing me £60 for a broken valve ,yet yesterday i was told the bleed screw had snapped :P?? they sent the carrier so if anything is damaged the arguement is with them not me ,so its solicitors for me , by the way the advert for the 5yrs test on the bottle has been removed from thier ad , they stated it had never been on it & no one had altered it , absoloute lying schemeing conning Bxxxxxxs :good:

    time or money dosent bother me ,ive even had offers of lads willing to go saturday to sort this out , i think the guys who run deep blue truly think im an idiot ,believeing the shxxxe they tell me ,my son in law is a barrister & i know every dodge they are pulling ,i will give them enough rope to hang themselves , they are trying to say i sent a damaged bottle back THEY sent THEIR courier which meansits thier insurance which covers damages ,they have to claim off their courier not me ,which fool company wants all this bad publicity & a tradeing standards case & legal action over a poxy £ 219 if the moneys not refunded by this week ,it really hits the fan , i know up to now lots of people have pmd me backing me , its not over yet lads :yes: now if a bottle is damaged in transit what would break first ,,,,,,,, yes the ****** gauge ,not an 8ml bleed screw ,you would need a hammer to break that :hmm: its all

    :good::yes: hi all if any of you remember my thread before about DEEP BLUE CLAY & FIELD selling me a bottle advertised as haveing 5 yrs test on only to arrive with 3 yrs 11 months on it , after several phone calls & emails threatening tradeing standards ,they finally said they would send a courier to collect the bottle & fully refund my money, so i packed the bottle securely in 2 layers of bubble wrap & placed it back in its original packageing marking heavy item & fragile stickers on the box ,,dhl collected it friday .DEEP BLUE , called me today saying i had sent a damaged bottle back & they would not refund me !!!!!!!!!!!!! afer argueing & telling them if to contact their carriers ,who are not going to admut breaking it ,if it really was broke , the choice is yours lads , i will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . I AM NOW IN CONTACT WITH TRADEING STANDARDS & if it goes to court so be it ,BEWARE LADS :P:drinks::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

    matt hayes, fishing god! this should be put on joke page. he only took up salmon fishing a few year back and already he thinks he knows it all! i have forgotten more than he will ever know about salmon fishing! only reason he got into it was when he married some tart whose father incidentally owns a prime beat in norway (think its norway)

    bang on there billie , i know of a top west country bass guide ,who asked me to write about boat fishing for bass in his new book ,as he had never done it ,but credit it to him :good:
