I don't want to reveal too much just now, but the party responsible for this outrageous cut in service are going to wish they had never done it. Done. My mate needed a kidney last year and by chance his wife was a good match. She now has one kidney and he has three - I didn't realise they still leave the old knackered ones in.
Hope all goes well for the future.
Unfortunately, neither her family nor me are compatable.

She might have a common tissue type (no offence meant) in which case the wait is frustrating.Assure her that when her turn comes not to worry-its less painfull than a decent headache and turnaround time is about 4 days.Side effects of modern drugs are minimal and the improvement in health is amazing.Give her my best wishes and i hope the phone rings soon.

No problem with being nosey.
Yes, she is registered with UK transplant and has been for 3&1/2 years, but there is not even a sniff of a kidney so far.

I really need some help here.
Please sign my petition to the Prime Minister asking him to reverse the NHS cuts at Scarborough Dialysis Unit. My wife has been receiving life-saving treatment there for the last 3 & 1/2 years and we really need it to continue.

Anyone out there who has a magic ingredient to rid a dog of the smell of slurry? Tried, ketchup, fabreze, shampooing dog and he still stinks. Good retreive though!

It's like she is getting excited at the anticipation of the car ride. Have you tried getting the car ready (doors open, cage open etc.) then taking her straight outside and settled into the car. Leave her there for a few minutes without going anywhere and then bring her back in. Repeat ad nauseum. You need to break the thought pattern of going out to the car as exciting. It must be a common place activity.
Just my 2p worth.
I agree with SB as above. Also, do you always take the dogs out in the car? Do you ever take them out and walk straight past the car for a walk around your neighbourhood? Because if she can only get "fun" via a car journey, then she will be keen to jump aboard.
