Whats the best way to cook a joint of venison, any nice sauces to put on it?

I currently do a lot of clay shooting but would like to start doing a bit more rough shooting, i have seen some videos of people in their hides with decoys attracting in the pigeons and getting some good bags. If i wanted to start what do i need and how should i go about it?

Any advice would be apreciated.

Managing to get hunting with dogs banned, they have now decided to move onto fishing. I am fed up of people disturbing lifestyles of people who need these industries to live. The usual rider is “so long as it causes no harm to others”. Which is fine, but now we have stretched the definition of “others” to include furry vermin, and now fish.

Does anyone know any info. about an article from a magazine about shooting magpies and whoever bags the most wins a £500 reward, such as the name of the magazine or any other info.

[Fox Snaring]

Been out night after night every so often hoping to meet the fox as i walk, as i do not have all the time i would want to lie and wait. Is snaring a good way to go? Any help on how to make and set up a snare, and any vital precautions that i need to take?
