Mine wants to stay in the house and she's allowed to until my lads finished his education so I've been told.

Didn't really want to do that unless I really had to.just got some new permissions and don't really want to let them do. I'm quite chilled usually and don't have any intention of using them against anyone no matter how bad I feel!!!

Won't be moving out till I've got everything sorted with the solicitors. I'm going to loose everything I've got anyway but I'll be OK if I've got my guns and the bike!!

Thanks for the quick replies. I wasn't sure as it'll be someone else's house and I've never had to rent before. I'll give my feo a call and give him the heads up before it happens. Been advised by a good friend to treat it as an adventure so I'm trying to keep in that frame of mind

Hi fellas Found out a week or so ago that my wife of 18yrs wants a divorce. As we have a 15 year old son, I don't want to try and force a house sale even if I could so it looks like I won't get a penny until he's 18 or maybe 20. Renting looks like my only option. The question is, how do I go about moving my guns( 4 shotguns and 2 rifles)? Do I just move them and then get the feo to check it afterwards?i could probably do with phoning him first but dont want him to think theres any reason for concern, which there wont be. Can you fit gun safes into rented properties or do you need special permission? Thanks in advance

I'm on Anglesey. Put my application in in Dec last year and got my certificate in march

We'll be able to supply some rabbits, pigeons etc. Willing to go out on 8th or 9th and drop off in cheshire.just let us know.won't be able to get 30 rabbits but a mixture of rabbits and pigeons is no problem

Ahh, now I understand. He said he'd just put 2 down so I thought I was only allowed on those until it was opened.that's fine with me. I can shoot on all my permissions as long as they've already been checked by the police and shoot with my friend on his as those have been cleared. Thanks for all the advice.

Thanks So I'll have to phone them to see which of my permissions have been put down then? Ahh well,no shooting till after Easter as I don't know what permissions he put down! Said he was just going to put 2 down out of the 6 for now.seems a lot of pointless messing about.

Hi Just got home and my certificate has arrived at last. My feo said he was going to put 2 of my permission s on to start with and to ask for more to be added in 6 mths but my licence has the following wording The .22rf rifle, 17hmr rifle, sound moderators and ammunition to which this certificate relates shall be used for vermin control and for zeroing on land deemed suitable by the chief officer of the police for the area where the land is situated and over which the holder of this certificate has permission to shoot with this class of firearm from the person by whom the shooting rights are owned, leased or otherwise obtained. The ammunition referred to in this condition, either possessed or to be acquired, may include expanding bullets.

Well done. Sent mine off before Christmas and had a visit last Monday. Just waiting for the licence now. .17 hmr and .22lr. Told to apply in 6mths for the 223 but might do my dsc1 before then and go for something else instead. Is your feo Alan Brown the same as Anglesey?
