You could come down to a 255 and go for a general grabber AT 3 or Goodyear wrangled, both good tyres in my opinion. Blackcircles.com may of use to you.

Legally you don't require any insurance but it is sensible to protect yourself should the worst happen. Most if not all shooting insurance will offer public liability and personal accident cover which would be what I think you would want. It's then a bit like car insurance in as much that some may offer Legal expenses cover or other additional options.
Has to be Churchilll for best dog insurance! Oh yes..

I got shunted into last year whilst stationary in traffic, my advise would be do not deal direct with other parties insurer as you might get stung further down the line and you insurer won't want to be involved. I used a claims company appointed by my insurer and all resolved without incident. My car was repairable though so can't advise on what to do about settlement for car being written off.

I experienced the same thing about 3 years ago and then a friend of mine had the same thing with the same batch of cartridges. Having said that it's the only first hand experience in 26 years of shooting.

There has been one listed in the sales section recently.

How about Hull pro twenty 7.5 24g or Saga Olympic trap 7.5 24g. I had my son using these and he found them both fairly soft.

Is there any chance of prying the top of the door ajar and hooking the key off the parcel shelf? You can tape over the paintwork to protect it & use plastic or wooden wedges.

Rumour has it he spotted a flight line and got distracted whilst at the wheel.

On the night time picture I can see what look like eye reflection in the background, or is it something else?
If it were eye shine then it held pretty steady for 3 1/2 hours.🤔

I caught the opening of a repeat episode of Doc Martin earlier today and was bewildered as to the handling of a shotgun in the opening minutes.
Doc's Aunt Joan had called him over to look at her ankle. A friend(?) of hers some retired Colonel walked in with a closed side by side and waved it around (probably for comic effect). The Doc asked if it was loaded to which the reply was no and the man propped it up still closed next to the table. Later the Doc grabs his bag and knocks the gun over, shooting Joan in the leg. He then takes the gun still closed back to the surgery.
I didn't mind scenes like this before I started shooting but now they do annoy me. The script writers could've easily had a bit thrown in which someone tells the man to break the gun and not lean it up. I'm sure things like this seen by millions of people give shooting and firearms a hard time.
Have you seen any examples of bad gun handling on tele?
That's tv for you! I found the lack of attention to detail more annoying as the gun in question looked like either a 20 or 28 gauge and the colonel was carrying a box of .410 cartridges that he placed on the kitchen table.
But I've got over it now..

I love a bargain but that is just a **** take, probably all up for sale on Facebook
Just to add, I'd probably have taken one out of her trolley 🙄
I would of had one out of her trolley and probably replaced it with something else in way of compensation! 😉
My wife hates shopping with me for some reason🤔

Depends what you mean by borrow, if in the presence of a certificate holder then yes you can "borrow" his/her gun. But you cannot "borrow" as in take and use unsupervised is my understanding.

Ditchie, I watched a programme recently and the sugar beet farmer said it is a dying trade. Reason was everybody is going sugar free daft. I blame the govs health experts.
That's not strictly true as UK consumption is around 2.2 million tonnes per year and although consumption per head may be declining population is increasing therefore cancelling out effect. Maybe Brixit will be a positive for the UK sugar industry & farming??

Which model Nextbase do you have/recommend?
I use the 312GW as it was on offer at the time when I bought, I think it was about £85. To be honest you could probably buy one of the cheaper models and still be happy but I don't have any experience with them.
-
Nextbase for me, can buy cheaper but if it doesn't record or freezes/pixlates it's a waste of time/money anyway.

Hi, what weight are these?
-
So as a budget tyre expert what do you recommend?

My go to budget tyres are Landsails, I pay around £30 for 225/45/17 s or similar prices for similar sizes , thats with my discount and inclusive of VAT, they need fitting though.
Used them for years with no issues and decent wear.
Davantis are supposedly a mid range tyre ?I bought a set of 19" Landsails 2 weeks ago, only got 1200 miles on so don't know yet what life will be like but performance is good and they were a decent price.

I had a cheapo dashcam that used to do exactly as described above, which made it pretty useless.
I spent a bit more and went for a nextbase unit which has worked faultlessly!

“32 barrels mate, I’m a big bloke so swinging one is no problem 😂
Mine comes up really nicely and at only 7lb it handles easily. You best get back to the gun shop and start haggling then!!

I wonder is they overfilled the engine oil and once heated up it expanded and kicked dipstick out to escape.

Cheers for that Robbie
Did you not dip the oil once you found the dipstick out & oil in engine bay? That would be the first thing I'd have done.
If it's not been checked I'd still do it now to make sure all is ok.
Windscreen Chips Repaired ??

Of all the chips I've ever had I've only ever had one filled. That was in the wife's car that she'd not had long and typically I was driving it when said chip occurred.
We had it done by a professional but the chip turned into a crack and the chip was still visible too.
Hence I've only ever bothered getting the one done.
