  2. It's like everything - advantages and disadvantages. Yes, they may be a little awkward to transport on site unless you make it so that it "flat packs", but I don't think that any pigeons will have seen this being used before. That of course means that you can put your deaks all around your blind, and in the middle of the field. Disadvantage is that you have to "pop" up at the last second and then be able to shoot safely. Personally - I think that if you get the concealment right - the pigeons won't know what hit 'em - especially shooting over oilseed rape or cut wheat later in the year... Layout binds are also a lot less hastle that putting in a pit blind!!!! (and a lot easier to move)
