Big and ongoing debate this. I use superpoints in my old smk 78 and find them great for pigeon@ even at 35 yards 22 flavour. Also I use prometheus dynamic in my bsa ultra ms 177 they will take down funniest approaching 50 yards. My springer gets Wisbey mags or top end domes and all my rifles get. Bisley practice at club. I've tried all sort@ and like what I use now. It's personal choice. Get a pellpax selection an# find whatever is right for you. I hate predictive text input.

What calibre mate? Have you done any tuning etc? Does price include post?

Hey people! This is a great little rifle. Been shooting it regular at my local club for a while now. Just looking to get .177 for our competitions. Spring and CO2 wanted as our club is running its own quarterly's in several catagories. I only own .22's at the moment as I use them predominantly for hunting. So this has to go. As I said in my previous post, I would be willing to consider exchange also on a .177. If tou are looking for a project gun you could take this and fit an uprated spring etc there are plenty of bits you can do this gun. Ox mainsprings do a replacement and a super power accelarater spring for £15-20 (No.7). Seals etc are still widely available too, so why not take this retro little gun and tune it up to the max. Make a great talking point at your local club for peanuts money. I'd do it myself but as I said, I have plenty of .22's and need a bit more cash so I can get a couple of basic .177's for club purposes.

Hello people. I would really like to find a replacement barrel for my old SMK xs78. I bought it second hand a while ago and the previous owner had shortened the barrel to make it carbine kength but I would like to replace it with a full length barrel. It has been tuned, deburred and has a custom trigger but I would also consider purchase of other custom bits and bobs, brass barrel band, bolt etc. Let me know what you have and a price. Thanks. Hello people. I have an ASI sniper for sale in fairly good condition. usually small marks on stock and slight discolouration on barrel but still shoots well. Open sights all intact etc. Why by a new B2 when you can have a proper retro? I have spoke to so many people who tell me tales of their younger years with a Sniper. Hi everyone. I am looking for shooting oppertunities in and around suffolk for myslf and possibly my brother too. we are both in our thirties and fully BASA insured. Both have experience with most quarry. Air gun suitable quarry only with our full power .22's. Maybe you have land to protect or your own regular shoot and wouldn't mind me tagging along.
