Anybody going to Treetops on Sat. ? Its only £25 (100 bird) and the big prize will be done by draw so even if you have a nightmare you could still be off for a week in South Africa.

The longest week has now ended my cert. arrived this morning Just under 5 weeks from posting my application to certificate. Time to spend some money!

I have looked at one of these at Sportsman Gun in Newport, it had a good feel and looked excellent value for money. I haven't shot one so cant help you there but will watch the thread with interest.

The postie get here at 11:30 ; I have lived here for 4 years and only found that out this morning.

I had the FEO around last week, all went well and before he left he said I should get it next week, this is the longest week ever.

They get them from and enginering firm in lancs I will have a look in the recycling bin tomorrow as there was a sender address on the packaging if I find I will Private message it to you.

New cabinet arrived today, I am very happy with the quailty and for a custom job the price was good (cheaper than smaller more recognised brands). Had to wait three weeks but it arrived when they said it would, a thumbs up for www.ultrasteel.net

Thanks for the offer I would love to go for a shoot, firstly though I think I will take your advice and take some more lessons.

Hello all, started shooting after catching the bug last summer on a work organised day, and having finally got around to getting a certificate I need some advice. I have around £1500 to spend on my first gun and would preferably like a o/u suitable for clays and pigeons any suggestions And on the slim chance of ever getting a pigeon shoot again I might buy a s/h semi-auto.
