At last i have actually held a benelli left had semi-autoin 3 and 3 1/2 inch camo and normal black synthetic......what a lovely guN, I had pound notes in my pocket but thought i better consult the misses first as i told her I would only spend about £600 ish....not £950....But she is on one of her sensible days and agrees that it isnt the sort of thing you need new every day...Hooray brand new benelli here i come..(like the idea of the camo)

I looked briefly at a hide set ..... seemes big and bulky but to be honest i wasnt sure if it was the one you were talking about.... If it was i wouldnt bother mate... I use 12ft by 56 inch hardwood camo blind and some fishing bank sticks from the local fishing shop whole lot cost just under £30. camo blind was £8 from ebay poles where £5 each they extend to 9ft and they are dark green colour strong and light... check out your local fishing shops for poles could save you a packet.......But as for the hide you were talking about if it was the one i see dont bother unless you have got a lorry to move it about....

i will have a look tomorrow if you want as im making the trek down there to have a look at a gun.... got a meeting with work and its only a few miles away.... saves me traveling 90 miles in my own motor...

Got told today from a guy in a gun shop that he has had nothing but customers bringing them back as they keep going wrong...he said they are too over priced as well ,,,,,THINK HE WAS SPEAKING OUT HIS BACK SIDE think i will stick with what my feeling was before and get a benelli super black eagle left hander....... These are my basic options for a left handed semi auto shot gun, but i dont know anything about them..... anyone ever owned one of these makes? I will be fireing 3" magnum cartriges through them for the geese and ducks on the farm where i shoot and smaller carts for the rabbits.. ... any views ? the models would be black eagle or the lion...

Im still on the hunt for a left handed semi 12g 3.5mag....been looking at the benelli black eagle (nice gun) was also looking at the fabarm lion but only 3inch. It is amazing how much the price changes from shop to shop was quoted £775 for a fabarm lion last week from one shop and £575 from another new.....(shame i didnt like it) ... anyway if anyone comes accross a second hand lefty or a decent priced new lefty could you get in touch many thanks.....

Its a shame Baikal dont make a left handed semi..... they have got some lovely 3.5" semi's....

Anyone ever owned a fabarm? I havnt ever heared of them before...

I just dont fancy the idea of the cartridge shooting out and hitting me in the face.... some bloke told me i could just use a right handed semi... Dont think thats a good idea..Did you have have a semi changed to left handed? if so did they change the ejector on it?

Im looking for a left handed 12 bore semi, M/C minimum 3" Must be a big ish one as im 6ft 6... anyone know anyone ? I live in the cambridgeshire area. Looked at one the other day but the stock was so short looked like a kids gun...But the were plenty of brownings and berretta's nice long stocks but they were right handed.

They are Bismuth.... 1 1/8 load. It was the bit about Nitro proved guns that I dont understand Someone told me that all guns in the last 20 years or so are nitro proof... Think I will go to my local gun shop just to make sure.

Thanks for that...... The thing that gets up my nose is the fact that these geese are no where near the river or any water for that matter, but I know **** law that if I was to slip a lead cartridge in I would get busted, today they were so low i could of touched them but i didnt want to risk the gun blowing up in my face.... I will get them at the weekend with my Bismuth .... Thanks once again.
