    Sako bought Tikkakoshi in 1983 so this will be prior to that, probably 1978 (ish) so it's circa 40 to 45 years old (not 5 as you said @db58).
    The later versions (after 1982) featured a large plastic ball end on the bolt.
    It's a well made rifle, the problem with a .22-250 is that they are a hot round so often the throat is burnt out - this one may not be but i'd reccommend it's borescoped to check.
    They also have a 1:12 (early versions were 1:14) twist rate so would struggle with non lead bullets over 45gr, possibly 40gr.
    50 and 55gr lead projectiles would be fine.

    Like all .22-250's, in good condition, this would be a really good, flat shooting foxing rifle.

    Yes, I am saying that I don't think it's a Tikka T3 as the bolt, bolt shroud and safety look wrong.
    I maybe making a mistake and No I don't want to 'bet on it'  but I would like you to tell me (teach me really) the mistake I am making ...

    Your saying teach me well the first mistake you done was your saying it not a Tikka T3 my mate in work soon as he home he send a photo of the stamp saying it a T3
