Thanks mate..... Give me a clue on some suitable cheap powder ( if one exists ) Name brand amount to buy and how to have it delivered without paying £30 postage on top. What brand of wads, primers for economy would be good as well. Thanks a million mate Steve

Rang the local shops mate. They were very off putting .....more or less telling me ! No we do not supply it. No market for this anymore as its cheaper to buy ready made stuff. I never rang them all as there is ONE shop I can not stand and would rather dig my knee cap out with a rusty spoon then ask them for anything. But we cant like everyone... LOL. You know what has my head totally knackered ... Reclaimed shot from clay grounds, How do they do that ? Now there is a question worth answering in depth if you know...LOL Cheers

I don't have powder mate. All I have acquired is 2 lee loaders and a 2L bottle of shot that I think is 6 shot. I know nothing about reloading or the materials to use. This all began a few days ago when I seen a 12g loading machine on ebay and I won it for next to nowt. By doing a few phone calls I know its not cheaper loading 5 or 6's myself. That's about my knowledge in this field....LOL If I thought it was a money saving expedition I would get into it on a larger scale. I have looked at some load data on the web and it baffles me...... Different primers, wads, powders. Its all baffling to me at this time. Thanks Steve

I am Just outside of Newcastle mate. I am not loading 3 inch YET ( I do geese a couple of times a year at the most ) so for the carts I shoot there is no fuss. Honestly it all began when I bought the cheap Lee Loadall and just fancied a go at loading. I use pigeon loads as I do pest control for a living. So apart from 5 / 6 shot its not worth mass loading loads of anything else Its just to see what they turn out like and have a go, like I say its a toy when I am sitting with nothing else to do really. Having said that I do not want to put loads of money into it as firstly I can not afford it and to really get into loading normal size 5 /6 shot it costs more than pre manufactured carts that work perfectly well. I have to keep my costs realistic as to be honest I do not earn that much ! Thanks Steve

LOL I won't ( Unless I need some 3 inch stuff and it works out much much cheaper than buying them ready done. I only want to do this for to humor myself. ( I know its sad ) I do not want to through loads of money into it that I can not afford when I can buy ready made carts cheaper. Thanks Steve

A 12g hull resizer. I have phoned Kranks but they do not have parts in until 20th April and the postage for a £5 part is scandalous I also rang Midway uk and there postage is also scandalous. I know I am been a tight *** but lets face it. I am never going to load normal 5 or 6 shot 30g to 32g loads cheaper than buying them ready made. I am looking to have a "something to do toy" when its pittling down outside I can sit and make my own . Thanks

I bought a Lee Loadall the other day for next to nothing. Fixed it up and I got it working fine. The missing part is the re-size ring that resizes the hull when you remove the dead primer. _______________ So Today I just happened to bump into a old shooter that lives local and he mentioned that he had packed in a few your ago, but he still had his reloading stuff and I could have it as he was about to throw it out. I was over the moon ! So I gave him a knock at his door before and he produced yet another lee loader the same as the one I have, a bit worse for wear but I will give it a revamp and repair in the next day or so when I have time. Guess whats missing ? Yes its the resize ring ....LOL The bit I need. He also gave me a 2l pop bottle full of shot which I think it is 6 shot. Do not know the weight but its heavy as hell. Shame he had no powder, wads or primers. But it is a start I suppose. I give him a tenner for a pint although he wanted nothing. I am really not having much luck with a hull resizer am I. Well back to the drawing board to try and get the rest of the stuff I need to begin playing.

Where from please. I found them on midway but they want over 8 quid to post it + the £5.odd for the price of the part. Kranks do not have them in until a months time and total cost from there is about 14 quid....LOL Please tell me where I can get one for £4.20 I would appreciate it. Thanks Steve

I know and actually work. It busts my head too. I thought I would of got something MR MAGOO would see ! But no there is a fiver in these all day long, and I try to be a tight blighter..

Thanks Jim. I phoned Henry Krank and Midways today. Midways are way too high for postage. They wanted well over £8 to post to me. ( And that was postage alone ) I said that must be special next day delivery by 1pm ! I was told no...orders can take up to 10 days and that's their standard postage. For a ring that costs $5. Kranks said. They have parts coming in after April 20th for these presses. But once again the postage and the wait is a killer. _________________________________ Its quite hard to get a little ring at the right price these days.. :lol: I have been told if it is right or not I do not know. You can load the same case/hull upto 3 times fired from the same gun without resizing. Maybe I am just wanting everything to be perfect. But I aint paying that for a resize ring.... I would hope that one of you kind gentlemen tell me you have one you can sell me at a good price . Thanks for the replies Steve

LOL. They are OK for a standby pair of binos. Honest the Day time view works surprisingly well. Just been outside 2 mins ago to see what they look like at night............. Yes it is a nice shade of JET BLACK..LOL Still worth a fiver to have in the glove box. Oh well I like them anyways.
