  1. Hi guys I have a problem. My two neighbours have cats, three in total. All of them have taken a fancy to my veg patch and green house. They did then ****. Seedlings are moved and killed. My kids love gardening, but, I can't let them help now as there is cat **** everywhere. Any ideas? ...that's dig not "Did" Predictive text..
  2. I eat loads of bread, I love it. I make it at home every day but I buy it when I have too. It fills people up, it makes meals go further and it tastes great. I don't eat much **** so I suppose that offsets my carb intake.
  3. Hi Does anyone know of a decent Blackberry case which will protect it from abuse. I have a new 9780 being delivered tomorrow. It needs to have a decent level of impact resistance and be reasonably water resistant. Ive had a look at the Otterbox ones but they don't seem to be water resistant at all. Cheers TF
  4. Today I smoked a joint of gammon in my Weber. I used some chunks of oak and the result was amazing. Fortunately my neighbours were out as there was smoke bellowing for over four hours!
  5. Cheers fellas I found one just up the road in Midhurst. I thought there were clay shoots every week somewhere. Its been a right mission finding one today. Cheers for those ones though Chris. TF
  6. I called them this afternoon and they said they were closed as they were open on Monday instead. TF
  7. Hi Does anyone know of clay shoots tomorrow in West Sussex, Surrey or Hampshire. Was going to Southdown but thats shut! Any help massively appreciated. Cheers TF
  8. I have a Mk 6 VW Golf GT and it's one of the best cars I've driven. I want a GTI next without a doubt. My Mrs wants a Honda CRV!!!! :(
  9. I play guitar and love all sorts of music. I was flicking through the channels tonight and ended up watching sky arts, Gary Moore one night in Dublin. Didn't realise who he was. Great guitarist and recognise most of the songs so far. Plus he plays a Les Paul so he must be cool! RIP mate.
  10. The second lot go on sale march April time I think. Because of where I work there I just rock up and get given my wristbands and ticket. From what I've seen about who's playing I'm not as in to it this year but still really looking forward to it. Beyonce doesn't really do it for me! My wife normally comes with me but can't come this year. When I told her betonce might be playing she had a fit, she's mad about her. As long as there's some decent guitar music I don't really care who's playing. Im not really in to the Shangra La area but some of the people I work with go there everynight and say it gets going about midnight. I'm normally tucked up in my bed by then.
  11. Wow, cheers for that mate. I've never seen that before.
  12. Yeah next year is not happening, the Olympics is having an effect on it as well. There's not enough generators, toilets etc to go around.
  13. I get two days off and managed to bag Friday 3pm to sunday 3pm off. There's not much for us to do then anyway but got to see all I wanted too which was a bonus.
  14. OTH I hear what your saying. But it's peoples interest in them that keeps them famous. I can quite comfortably say some of the most interesting and kindest people I've met and know are not famous. My great grandfather was the british featherweight boxing champion. He fought kid chocolate in Madison square gardens but lost. He had 112 wins, 26 by ko and lost 9. Kid chocolate I think went on to fight Mohammed Ali.
  15. I agree mate, there's so much going on you would still have a good time but I hope someone decent plays this year. And Billy, £15k is about right.
  16. Ahhh, then the guys that take on pure O2 must do that then to fill their system up to prevent the blackouts. I vaguely remember my mate saying he could dive for about three minutes.
  17. Oh I see, could it be to raise your blood oxygen levels by using that method, thus reduces levels of co2/n2 in your blood stream?
  18. A ha! Fancy a pigeon watch pint? I'm there Monday to Monday, I'll be in the fenced off Winnebago/trailer area.
  19. Where abouts do you work there mate? Im in the hospitality area.
  20. Not long now!! Anyone going this year?
  21. XD2, Ive heard that. It's something to do with expelling co2 or nitrogen from your body. I had a conversation with a mate of mine who's in the Royal Marines about free diving and he explained to me how you can hold your breath for a long time. It was about 3.30am and was quite hammered and I can't remember anymore of what he said about it. I just timed myself, 31 year old smoker. 1m 30.2 seconds. I now feel dizzy and my arms have gone all tingly...
  22. So far I've met; Steve Strange Johnny Evans Kate Moss Agnes Dean Muse Bono Kelly Osbourne Will Young Peaches Geldoff Seasick Steve Slash Snoop Dogg (what a cock) Henry Holland Emma Thompson Samantha Morton Cliff Richard Katie Price Peter Andre James Bolam and his wife, can't remember her name. Alvin Stardust Can't think of anymore at the moment. The nicest person I've me was most defo Will Young. He is a genuinely nice fella. A bit elaborate but very polite and humble.
  23. Thanks for your help guys. Sticko if I read your post before I went outside I would be in a lot better mood! What a stupid place to put it? If it does catch fire I will be leaving it to burn, it's a piece of ****, 106k on a 56 plate. It's going back in two weeks but I need to use it to deliver some fire extinguishers!!
  24. Cheers mate, I'll have a look after my dinner. TF
  25. If I was you mate I'd look for another job with a better package. If your boss decideshe relays wants you in his team he will put something together for you too stay. If you do go make sure you leave on good terms. Years down the line you might end up working for him again or end up doing business with him. I left a large company last September after 9 years there and I hvent looked back, a great package and a more challenging role combined with a different work ethic makes a great change. Good luck pal.
