anyone got the name of a good site for "normal" stocks and shares rather than spread betting.
I use Interactive Investor
Definitely have a play first though!

All 4 now sold, thanks for the interest!

Sale pending, awaiting confirmation on whether 2 or 4 tickets are required..

That must be the same one that I've just sat through over Basingstoke!
Didn't last long though!

My brother in law and I are no longer able to go to this gig on Saturday 2nd July, and as a result I have 4 tickets going.
It's at the Milton Keynes bowl, gates are open from 2pm.
See the flyer here.
I'm not interested in making money on these so will sell at face value plus the booking fee (so exactly what they cost me); this works out at £99 a pair or £198 (for the mathematically challenged) for all 4.
I live near Towcester, just off the A5 so fairly close to Milton Keynes.
PM me with any questions
Thanks
Sean

Keeping score in my head and focusing on that and the miss percentage (miss not hit!) rather than the next clay...
I like to torture myself further by keeping certain/other squad members scores in my head too, just so I can make sure by comparison of how badly I might be doing.

Ha, I wish it was only a week, 7 months and counting...
Gibraltar Barracks looks good, I'll give them a call tomorrow, thanks for that!

Thanks, I looked at that thread in my search and they all appear to be Sunday shoots, with the exception of the Monday one when I'm not down here (unless I'm being blind). Does anyone know if the 3 counties club in Hook is still going? The link Google returns is dead...

I'm currently working away mid week in Basingstoke and am looking for a clay club (hopefully very) nearby that may help to relieve my evening boredom!
Can anyone recommend a club that shoots on Tuesday-Thursday evenings?
I've done a search on here and Google and they all appear to be Sunday shoots.
Much appreciated!

I have a chocolate lab that is currently being trained with these people.
I won't go into the reasons why I've got a chocolate one, but so far she is coming along "OK". She walks to heal, stays very well, retrieves extremely well (land and water) and after quite a slog we've just about managed to get her to stop on the whistle. She is from working stock and came from here (Sire was "Casper").
It has however, taken a long time and lot of hard work to get her to this standard and she still has a long way to go. I don't think she'd ever make a peg dog, but for walked up and rough shooting she'll be good enough. From what I am learning (and I am new to dog training), it does seem that chocolate labs **tend** to need a lot more work and learn slower, but there is no reason why she won't make a good dog.
I guess most people don't want to or have the time to put in (along with the usual preconceptions on their working ability or lack of).

Hi Frank, Did you get the e-mail I sent you through Gunwatch earlier?
Will PM you!

I've used Celtic Tuning several times for mine and my business partners cars (ranging from a Merc C class, an Audi RS4, a 1.9TDi Astra, a Discovery 3 and a 2.0TDi Audi). Never had a single problem with any of them, we also got a discount for them doing 2+ cars at the same time.
It really does transform them (the Astra is ridiculously funny to drive)!

+9 out on Friday evening
Total 2634

I'm in Northants too and totally agree with oscarsdad; the South coast is definitely easier to get to (straight down the A43, M40, A34 dual carriageway motorway all the way). The drive to the East coast across the Fens in summer is horrible! Good luck with the Mackerel!

There's always someone that straights it, I don't think I'll be winning any of the prize money!!
Ah well, as long as it's sunny
Good work on 4th

How did it go at the shoot on Friday? How did you both get on? Any idea what the winning score was in the Open class?

Petrol, if you aren't worried about other plants put some unleaded on all of the root areas, kills pretty much everything! Also good for getting rid of ants and wasps!

I bought one of these from the same fleabay seller as in the link above last week; all good, nice quick delivery etc!

Another one for AA Fields!

I had 4 spring traps out and every night they cleared them of bait, including peanut butter! God knows how they did that...

I have exactly the same problem at the moment. I have lived in my house for 10 years, always had chickens outside, seen the occasional rat in previous years usually dispatched by our cats. This year I am completely over run with them. I bought some Fenn Traps as recommended by guys on here and have nailed 5 in the last couple of weeks.
This one has had better days:

I reckon about 5-10% of those we shoot around my village have it, one a few weeks back was really bad. Bloody horrible disease.
