    The point of the programme was Jodie Marsh meeting Rachel Carrie and each other putting over their points of view which they BOTH did,

     

    If anything I thought Diggory Haddoke could have come across a better,

     

    He seemed to be quite short tempered at one point,

     

    All in all I enjoyed it, Jodie had her outlook on hunting challenged and by the end at least accepted why it's done rather than just dismiss it out of hand,

     

    No doubt she will be critized by other veggies and vegans for this program as she was by members of this forum before it was even aired,

     

    Oh and whether she "aged well" has no bearing on the show whatsoever,

    The point of the programme was Jodie going hunting, to get into the head of people who choose to hunt and challenge both her thoughts and theirs, it was not called Jodie and Rachael go hunting, it was Jodie goes hunting which to me would say she is going to see people to see why it is done and the thoughts of those involved and try to get different reasons from people throughout the shooting community. Don't get me wrong I felt the show came across very well for the shooting community, I was not criticising the show. I just felt it would've been better for the average Joe to see that those who shoot come from all backgrounds and walks of life.

    We only did a little inland today, there was 5 of us out. Between the 5 of us we ended up with 10 Canada's and 1 hen mallard. I know it's not proper fowling but it was all most of us could do today due to commitments.

     

    I hope everyone enjoyed their day out, whether you were successful or not and everyone came back off the marsh safely!!

    My opinion on this, not that it matters is quite simple, if the government does not do what is right by the majority of our population, then they will simply start a uprising which would be more detrimental to the country than staying or leaving the EU

    Has anybody tried these carts? I bought a thousand to try ready for game season, been using them on pigeon....I can't complain at all regarding the kills, kick etc but these carts seem to get stuck in my gun every couple of shots, I use black golds as well with no issue for the gun to eject them but the dark storms won't eject every few shots.... Anybody got any ideas why this is?

    Not that my opinion matters one bit but I have seen worse on driven days at least the guys are talking and telling each other what they are doing who is going for what etc.....I've seen guns swing through the line on low partridge on driven days before...for me I saw two guys who obviously shoot together regularly and are confident with each other! I have to say guys some top shooting there fellas!!

    Same as all things you can have the security of X hours for X £ with job security easier to get a mortgage etc or you can do agency work loose the security, earn a lot more than permanent staff for the same work same as construction or engineering or any other business really
