This one is slightly different 26” with open and ½ and a jazzy tiger stripe stock of 14.75” I have 5 or 6 Sabels in stock to be able to compose a personal pair. But none quite like this. Webley and Scott started as a company in 1897 in Birmingham as the amalgamation of two Birmingham arms manufacturers. The must have produced thousands of their single barrel shotguns in the early 20th Century as a cheap vermin gun to have around the farm. Try to find one in better condition at this price! AYA no 4 £145 12 gauge Shotgun Trade Seller Used - Average Condition Harpenden, Hertfordshire Side by Side, Full Choke, 1/2 Choke, 28" barrels Description I'm selling my AYA no 4 boxlock side by side. This is one of Aguirre y Aranzabal's better boxlocks having superior quality actions featuring locking screws rather than the pins found in Yeomans. It differs from the no 3 in being an ejector. This gun was made in 1970 and is in better condition than most 52 year olds. The oiled stock is in near perfect condition and has a 14¾ pull finished with a slim recoil pad. The barrels are 28" and in good condition and having the classic full and half choke. AYA copied this style from the pre-war Holland and Hollands and have seen no reason to change it. A lot of gun and fun for the money. And won't look out of place on any shoot. Other AYA's available. Gorosable game model £125 12 gauge Shotgun Trade Seller Used - Very Good Condition Harpenden, Hertfordshire Side by Side, 1/4 Choke, 1/2 Choke, 28" barrels Description This is a good condition side by side 12 gauge shotgun made in 1978 by Pedro Gorosabel of Eibar, Spain for the Gunmark company. The stock is in good oiled condition, the chequering crisp and has most of original case hardening. The barrels have slight rub marks on the outer and some would prefer more blueing, easily remedied. I have four or five similar guns to make up a personalised composed pair, not bad for under £300. This gun was made in the Basque region near Bilbao in 1962. In this era guns were often made by groups of artisan gunsmiths then assembled for the English or American markets without a makers name; now sold as Spanish unknown. My research has found this gun was made in the town of Eibar by Hijos de M. Beneciartua and the barrels made by Miguel Garagarza who worked for the firm Juan Zubiarre. The English stock is in fine condition and has a 14 ¼ “ pull to its right hand cast. The 28” barrels are in good condition and are choked to ½ and ¾. Halliday, B. game model £195 12 gauge Shotgun Trade Seller Used - Very Good Condition Harpenden, Hertfordshire Side by Side, -, -, 28" barrels Description I am selling my side by side 12 bore ejector made by the renowned London gun maker B. Halliday. The gun features nicely figured wood with a decent right hand cast. The extension looks professionally fitted with similar colour and graining. The action shows classic engraving and the elegant tapered fences fashionable by the southern makers. The address of Queen Victoria St on the rib would indicate the gun was made in 1921-1924. This gun has had use. The chequering is worn but could be re-chased and the stock has a few dinks and repairs. With the chokes of 1/4 and full and a double trigger this must make the ideal cheap walk-up field gun. It has 27.5" barrels with clean bores, has a 14.25 pull and weighs 6.5 lbs. It has a few blemishes expected on any 47 year old but at this price is an ideal spare or novice gun.
