  1. UK spec shoguns have a locking rear diff, switch on the dashboard, import pajero's have lsd'd, uk spec landcruiser vx's and amazons have both front and rear locking diffs, as do Mercedes g waggons, but pretty much anything can have locking diffs fitted, companies like arb and Detroit make locking diffs for all sorts :good:

  2. Are you saying it's the childs fault he was killed by the dog?

Who's to say the child wasn't ill or was just having a bad night? Either way it's totally irrelevant. The only FACTS we know is a 4 year old boy was killed by a dog.

No, I'm not saying its the child's fault, I'm saying its the owners/parents fault, would you knowingly have dogs from a fighting stock around a child? I personally love all the bull type breads, but I would not leave one that's been raised as a fighting dog with anyone, let alone a child.

  3. pit bulls where/are bread to fight other dogs, same as terriers are bred to kill rats for example, attacking people tho, is down to the owners, poor training or none at all, this accident is very sad, but whats a 4 year old doing up at midnight messing about with a dog that the owners use/or are going to use for fighting (if Ive got this wrong I'm sorry, but I'm sure the news or a news website has said they are breeding fighting dogs at the address in question)

  4. There's no law that states cat b's cant be put back on the road, its more of an agreement between salvage dealers and insurance companies that they should be broke for spares, some cars classed as cat b, especially older cars can have very little damage, anyway, a cat b ,if it has a vic test at a vosa test station and a new mot can be legally put back on the road

  5. as above, its the brake servo vacuum pump, its oil fed, that's why there's pipes running back down to the sump, some japs have a separate pump, some have them on the back of the alternator, diesel engines don't make decent enough vacuum to run the servo properly, hence the pump

  6. its the owners fault, not the dog, I bet most breeds of dog that are encouraged to be aggressive from when they are pups will attack other dogs, its just the power of these breeds end up causing more damage, aggressive or not that jippo has zero control over that dog, which at the end of the day is the worst thing, just purely a fashion accessory, the owner needs finding and having the book thrown at him

  7. Ive just stuck a set of kumho kl71 tyres on my surf, voted 4x4 magazines best tyre in 31 10.5 r15 and there where only £320 delivered, I always used to be a fan of remoulds, but now a days there's so little difference in price, id rather pay an extra £10 and get a new tyre, try here's, www.camskill.co.uk dout anywhere on the net will touch them on price or efficiency, if you still want cheap remoulds try the kingpin ones from www.tyresdirectuk.co.uk

  8. turbo engines always have a little oil in the intercooler/pipes, as long as its not full of it I wouldn't worry, check your breathers are clear as well, as for injector cleaner, the best ones I always use FORTE (supposed to be a trade only product but some motor factors do sell it) or Lucas fuel treatment (a bit in every tank is supposed to keep your injectors and valves clean and lubricated, and also lube your injector pump), and give it a good service, with best quality oils and see how it goes from there
