Dope is not the direct cause for paranoia or mental illness, however it is a big contributing factor. I would speak to your friend about the situation in the first instance and if you feel his or anyone's safety is at jeproady I wouldn't hesitate to inform the authorities. Even if it was family.

I also suffer the same issue. At first when the ringing started it was very unbearable however I have become used to it and don't notice it as much. When I catch a cold or flu which is very common lol, the noise increases :( Just out of interest, how old are you?
