    This is the first shotgun I ever owned , brought 2nd hand from Chichester armoury around 4 years ago . </p><p>John the owner told me that he sold this gun approx 20 years ago , the buyer put it in his gun safe , never ever used it , then sold it back to John . </p><p>Double triggers , ejector . Comes with all 5 original chokes and key . </p><p>Checkering around the pistol grip and on both sides of the fore end , Sling swivels fitted to the butt and half way up the barrel . </p><p>Bores spotless , action nice and tight , few knocks and dinks you would expect from a hard working gun .</p><p>This gun was one of my "Keepers" solely due to how well I tend to shoot with it , But.....</p><p>Ive seen something I really really like the look of!! And I simply need the room in the safe . </p><p>Ive found this gun really easy to shoot well with , even for a sausage fingered lumox like me! . </p><p>Please feel free to contact me should anybody have any questions , or require any further info?     Due to the bad weather & not getting out at the pigeons today, I have sorted out all those cartridge oddments lying about the house, car, game bags etc and have the following for sale. All the usual requirements apply: cash on collection; face to face with SGC available from buyer. I am in the Wyre, Fylde, Preston area & may meet / deliver if required.

    BFG AT's x 6 (There's an extra spare), all lots of life.

     

    October 2011-

    Full engine service, all fluids, glow plugs and filters (inc. K&N panel filter)

    New battery.

    Cambelt done, at 101k, now on 103k

    New brake pads.

     

    March 2012-

    Track rod end for MOT.

    New Air Mass sensor

     

    Starts,runs and stops with now issues, economical 40mpg on a run, mid 30's nipping about.

    Looks great, no damage, leaks or accidents.

    Fantastic truck off road.

     

    Only two minor body faults, one thorn scratch to drivers side door's, not through paint but it's there.

    Front Pass side body moulding has 4" crack. (repaired)

    That's it, and these don't detract from the overall look of my GV.

    Quick and easy to erect. One man box hide or quite a few people if its used as a front only. Good condition but used.

     

    £15 am open to offers.

     

    Will post at buyers expense, but it would not be a easy shape to post. Collection Prefered.

I bought it as a project gun and it is still a project gun for someone wanting to try their hand at restoration.</p><p>The good: metal fit is great. The action is tight and smooth. It has the top action cross bolt and the lockup is perfect. The inside of the action is pristine as I pulled it to pieces, degreased/cleaned/polished, lightly oiled and reassembled. The gun has the best balance and feel of a long barreled gun I've ever felt. It weighs just over 6 lb and is balanced perfectly. The bores are bright and beautiful. The forend is in good shape.</p><p>The not as good: the wrist is broken. I thought I could fix it, but it wouldn't go back together well enough. The rear stock should be replaced (I was going to, but realized I don't have the patience to cut my own stock). The metal is in ok shape on the outside. No rust, but it could use some rebluing. I reblued the trigger guard and it looks good.</p><p>PM if you're interested. f2f only as it isn't worth shipping.
