  1. Hi all. I'm after a flapper with battery and timer if possible. What have you got? Greg.
  2. Sorry Kevin, just read your post and I've sold the scope this morning.
  3. 3-12x50 Zeiss Duralyt for sale. Boxed with scope covers, lens cloth (unused), manual, Allen keys and of course it carries a lifetime guarantee. Some (very) minor signs of use: - Slight scratches to logo as shown in the second photo. - Very, very tiny marks from previous owner's mounts. I couldn't get the camera to pick them up for a photo. - Very, very tiny mark at the edge of the eyepiece lens. Again, I couldn't get the camera to pick it up and I only noticed it whilst cleaning the scope up so no idea how long it's been there. I'd challenge anyone to even see it. I'm being totally honest in declaring these so there's no comebacks. £475 posted via special delivery or £450 collected from Exeter. Any questions, more photos etc - please dig out and fire away.
  4. Hello mate. See this post for details: http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/topic/239822-a-couple-of-foxes/ Greg.
  5. Not got anything showing the bolt open. This is my DIY NV fitted and it cleared fine. Greg.
  6. I've just fitted the new scope mate but I'll see if I've got a pic that will do the job.
  7. Matte black, steel Millet Angle-Loc mounts to suit CZ 527/Fox with 15mm rail. High (18mm) and to suit 1" tube. Very good condition but with a few rub marks on the corners as shown where I've been carrying the rifle on the sling. These are superb mounts. Extremely robust and adjustable for windage. See http://www.millettsights.com/rings-bases/angle-loc-steel-rings/ for details. Selling due to fitting a Duralyt. £25 posted via recorded delivery.
  8. I've got 120 once fired .223 Federal cases. All in original boxes with handy plastic diddlers for the field. £15 posted or £10 collected either from Exeter or Plymouth (work). Greg.
  9. Sound advice there Daz. I'm all over good hide's etc. I've bought some flocked shell decoys from A1 Shooting so I'll see how they compare. I've found cradles work a treat with a good size bird in and the heads in mostly the feeding position with a few head up as sentries. I'll have to try placing them down fanned out. Also looking at making up a flying decoy on a pole type sketch to bring realistic movement to the pattern rather than two birds going round and round. I think the crows are too wise to fall for it fully personally!
  10. Spot on Daz. Thank you. What about using rotary's, bouncers etc? Have you found them to be much use on crows compared to pigeons? Greg.
  11. Thanks Terry. I always use dead birds in cradles, just after some decent decoys to get the day going. I've got some full body decoys also which I've had for a while and I'm going to spruce up with some blackboard paint. Greg.
  12. What's your thoughts on this folks? Just after 5 or six to get the pattern going then use dead birds. Greg.
