  1. AA S410K .22 Walnut (new model)

    Hawke Sport HD 3x9x50 Scope

    AA Silencer

    Logan Pump

Brought new from Chichester Armoury at a cost of £780

The rifle is in mint condition and shot less than 200 pellets

Sorry I do not do photographs (too old) or postage, but can deliver or meet within 150 mile radius of Farnham.

Price ... £500 ... unfortunately I am not open to offers as I need to recoup some of the cash recently spent on two

    Webley Service rifles.

    Thank you for looking.

    SOLD PENDING C.O.D.

NOT SOLD as the buyer was left handed and I left out the fact the rifle is right handed....silly me

  2. sent about 20 letters out to local farmers asking for shooting permission, had one letter back saying rights already let and have been for some years. had a phone call from one farmer who has a lot of land saying he's covered at the moment but would keep me on record and could be ringing me towards winter. i'll keep my fingers crossed still. waiting for any more. i did include a s.a.e with my letter to help for replys even if it's not favourable at least i'll know where i stand :good::good::lol::lol:

Good luck mate Im in the same boat as you I have now given up hope and what really breaks my heart is some complete ar****le locally has open permission on about 30 acres including a duckpond totally free. To make things worse he leaves all spent cartridges where they fall and believe it or not uses plastic wad even though the land is sometime grazed

I am 50 years old with basc insurance and even offered my trade (sparkie) as a sweetner but still no joy.

Keep trying mate you may get that lucky break.

  3. Total shot this year 0 zilch none SFA I cannot get permission anywhere local and believe me I've tried. The last farmer I rang it turned out I went to school with his wife, so they knew my history but were already sorted with a regular shooter which they've used for over 20 years. This seems to be the case wherever I've tried around the Farnham / Alton area. So all my practice breaking clays is just wasted. Good luck to the rest of you.

  4. i am against them aswell

i always forget about the thing, really annoying on a big drive. to many thing to do to little time!

Which is precisely why they are fitted, if you are always forgetting to switch it off then you are just as likely to forget to switch it on.

IMO an auto safety is a must on game guns.

Im with you on that auto-safe for game and clays. you soon get in the habit of switching as the gun is mounted.
